Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first.
